Reviews on individual containers
Every product page on this site carries its own review section. Ratings and comments left there are tied to a specific unit and a specific purchase, which makes them far more useful than a generic quote on a marketing page. Browse the container listings and you will see the rating on each one.
Leave a review
On the product page
Open the container you bought and use the review form at the bottom of the page. Star ratings there feed straight into the listing so other buyers can see them.
By email
Send a few lines to sales@titanvaultcontainers.com, including the unit you bought and your town. Tell us if you are happy to be named or would prefer initials only.
With a photograph
A photograph of the container in use on your site is worth more than any amount of copy. Send it over and we will credit you on our delivery photos page.
What makes a review genuinely useful
If you are writing one, these are the things other buyers actually want to know. They are also the things we ask ourselves when we check a unit before dispatch.
- Which size and condition grade you bought, and what you are using it for.
- Whether the container matched the photographs and description.
- How the delivery went, including the vehicle used and how tight your access was.
- Whether the doors, seals and floor were as expected.
- Anything you would do differently, such as choosing a high cube or adding vents.
What you can hold us to
Rather than testimonials, here is the standard we work to on every order. If we fall short of any of it, tell us and we will put it right.
The unit you are shown is the unit you get
We will send photographs of the specific container allocated to your order, including anything cosmetic that is not obvious from the listing.
The price you are quoted is the price you pay
Transport is quoted against your postcode and access up front, not revised after you have committed.
Honest advice, even when it costs us the sale
If a smaller unit or a lower condition grade will do the job, we will say so.
Problems get answered by a person
If something is wrong on delivery, raise it and you will get a reply from somebody who can actually resolve it.
